When you use our risk calculator, you provide answers to 8 questions about your immigration status, location, and personal circumstances. This information is:

• Sent directly to our AI service provider (OpenAI) for analysis
• Not stored in our database
• Not associated with any personal identifiers
• Processed anonymously

Payment Information

If you purchase a premium report, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not have access to your credit card information. Stripe may store minimal metadata (risk score, timestamp) to generate your report. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.

Automatically Collected Information

We collect standard web analytics data:

• IP address (for security and fraud prevention)
• Browser type and version
• Device type
• Pages visited and time spent

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Calculate your deportation risk score

• Process payments securely

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your information with marketers, data brokers, or third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Data Retention

Quiz responses are not stored. Premium reports are accessible only via the unique session URL provided after payment. We do not maintain a database of user assessments or personal information.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the Service to function. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or social media cookies.

6. Your Rights

Since we do not store personal data, there is no data to access, modify, or delete. Your use of the Service is inherently private and anonymous.

The Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
